At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Lollo is a curious and adventurous giraffe that loves to play and dance with all the kids. Her best friend, Bernie, is a cuddly, clumsy and caring bear that knows almost everything. During Lollo & Bernie appearance they will walk around the hotel area to greet all children.  Come and meet them!

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Our Gym Circuit involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. During the workout you will work on your cardio and with weights, with short rest periods between.

Did you know that Bernie comes from the deep forest in the north? During this activity we will go out on an exciting forest adventure where we will get to know all of Bernie’s animal friends. We will also learn more about Bernie’s heritage and how he ended up at this hotel.                                                                                                                                              During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the children. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga and inspired, by the traditional Vinyasa Yoga system. Yoga practice soothes your body and mind while excercising mobility, strenght and balance. Come on in! Children accompanied by their guardian are welcome to visit during the Open House sessions. Here you can paint, watch a movie, play games and join our fun activities. Today's theme is "Animal Theme" were we focus on learning more about animals and how to take care of them. This activity is created in collaboration with World Animal Protection.

Let’s have a fun time in the children pool! We play different games, listen to music and splash with water.

Be a star for a night! In this activity teenagers have the chance to perform an act of their own choice. This is the first out of two mandatory rehearsals. Please come prepared with an act, the showteam will help you rehearse and develop your idea. The songs we use during the activity has been cut down to shorter versions. The duration of the activity depends on the numbers of teens participating.

A circuit exercising at the gym for teens. Focus on cardio and mobility, and strength. The teens can feel safe to exercise, meet new friends, and have fun together. A class where the teens can be themselves without observation from their guardian and guides from the Fitness/Sport host.

It combines the principles of Tabata training, which involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest, with the resistance and buoyancy provided by water.
