At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Activate your body during your holiday in our outdoor gym. Practice everything from balance to strength. Ask Help Desk to borrow Fitness Studio equipment.

The Mini Stars Show is where our youngest guests dance to their favorite songs on stage. During rehearsals with the show team, you'll practice your performance and choose a costume from the Mini Stars wardrobe. We meet again in the evening to perform on stage! The duration depends on the number of participants and will be given at the start of the rehearsal. Rehearsal is mandatory. When participating in/signing up for this activity you will donate 1 EUR to Save the Children. Thank you!

A circuit training class for kids from 8 years and their parents! We practise cardio and strength in different stations with an inspiring coach. Please make a booking for the adult and add any accompanying children (maximum 3 children per adult) to the same booking. Show up 5 min before class starts.

Pass, dribble, and score your way through a fun game of football! The activity may be played as either a friendly match or a tournament. (Bring trainers.)

Tabata is a high intensity, 30 minutes long full body workout exclusively based on a set of short intervals. The structure of the program is easy to follow – you push yourself for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Tabata can be performed in a Fitness studio or outdoors. Show up 5 min before class starts. At this class teens are welcome to participate.
