At our gym you can use the treadmills, exercise bike or crosstrainers for cardio work out. If you want to challenge your muscles, you can do some reps in the low row, lats, - or cable machine or in the chin dip. Of course, there are equipment for your functional training as well.

Pyjamas Night is a cosy evening where children can unwind with gentle activities, storytime, and a relaxing movie together with our activity team. Children are welcome to bring their pyjamas and favourite cuddly toy to make the evening extra special. Our competent activity team will take care of the children. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided. You can book one or more hours: 17:30-18:30, 18:30-19:30 and/or 19:30-20:30. Each hour costs 9 euros per child, and during the first hour we serve pizza.

Hang out with new friends and enjoy the evening together. Do you want top know more about this activity, ask your teen Host. During this activity, our competent activity team will take care of the teens for the whole duration. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided during this activity.

Music! What is music? Well, music is sound! And who can make fun sounds out of everything around them better than Lollo & Bernie? They end up forming a whole band (a whole orchestra)! All you need is a pinch of imagination!
