Move Challenge - Compete on your vacation
Accept the challenge – and get some everyday exercise on your vacation! This summer it will be even more fun to get moving. Our new Move Challenges gives you and your family the opportunity to compete, with yourself or each other, in a various number of athletic activities.
There are three levels of challenges: 3-7 years, 8-15 years and 16+ years.
Lollo & Bernie Challenge (3-7 years)
Fun and playful everyday exercise for our little ones. Let your child join, at least, five activities during the week. Of course, they do it completely at their own pace and under the supervision of a guardian. When completed all activities, all children are celebrated with a small ceremony from the stage.
Activities to choose between:
- Mini Disco
- Fun Run
- Familjeyoga
- Lollos vattengympa
- Play & Splash
You can choose to print a diploma and give to you're little participant.
Teen Challenge (8-15 years)
Motivated kids and teens between 8-15 years are going to complete four different athletic activities, all in their own pace, under the supervision of a guardian. When completed all activities, all teens are celebrated with a small ceremony from the stage.
Activities to choose between:
- Running/Walking 2 km
- Cykling outside or at the gym 15 min
- Swimming in the pool or the ocean 150 m
- SkiErg-machine in the gym 8 min or walking with poles outside 10 min
Sport Challenge (16+)
Four workouts during the week – a Sport Challenge that you complete at your own pace. When you’ve completed all four workouts bellow, simply register at MyHotels, to join the competition and the chance to win great prizes.
Activities to choose between:
- Running/Walking 5 km
- Cykling outside or at the gym 30 min
- Swimming in the pool or the ocean 500 m
- SkiErg-machine in the gym or walking with poles outside 20 min
