Fitness & Gym Together
Activate your body with your children by taking part in our program below!
• An opportunity for parents and children aged 11-15 to train together in select classes during the week.
• No classes on Wednesday & Sunday.
• Train at our gym with your children aged 11-13.
• Available between April and October.
• Simply contact our Fitness staff who will arrange for you an introductory session with you.
• The adults must sign an agreement of assuming full responsibility for the children’s safety at the gym after the introductory session.
• That's it! You can then start training together right away.
• Gym Together is only available at our gym from 11:00-15:00. Outside these hours, children under 13 are not allowed to enter the gym due to safety reason.
